1. Scope
These Terms of Service apply to all contracts between MasturBase and users of the platform. By registering and using our services, you accept these terms.
2. Registration and User Account
Registration is required to use our services. You must be at least 18 years old and provide truthful information. You are responsible for the security of your account.
3. Use of the Platform
The platform is used to provide adult entertainment content. Use is only permitted for persons over 18 years of age. Any misuse is prohibited.
4. Payments and Tokens
Tokens can be purchased using various payment methods. All prices include the statutory VAT (19%). Tokens are non-refundable. Tokens can be gifted and resold on the buy-tokens page at masturbase.com/tokens. Tokens are not real currency.
5. Content and Copyright
All content on the platform is protected by copyright. Downloading, copying, or redistributing content without express permission is prohibited.
6. Privacy
Protecting your personal data is important to us. Details on data processing can be found in our Privacy Policy.
7. Account Suspension
MasturBase does not tolerate drugs, weapons, children, or unwanted brutal violence against other people in front of live cams. In case of multiple reports or rule violations, the account will be immediately suspended.
8. Disclaimer
MasturBase is not liable for damages that occur to you in front of the camera. You agree that strangers can see you through your camera.
9. Termination
Both parties can terminate the usage relationship at any time. In case of violations of these Terms, we reserve the right to suspend accounts immediately.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated to users by email.
11. Applicable Law
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Place of jurisdiction is Berlin, Germany.
